GADETEATER I SKOLEGÅRDEN
Gadeteater i Skolegården is a street-theatre festival designed to feel as if it naturally belongs in the schoolyard: celebratory, welcoming and a bit chaotic in a way that mirrors children’s own imagination. The identity is built around a custom, cut-out–inspired typeface and a bold, playful colour palette that echoes the spontaneity of street performance. Stylised characters, oversized shapes and dynamic compositions capture movement and energy as performances spill across the yard. Every element – from signage and wayfinding to print materials and small accessories – was treated as a modular piece that can be rearranged and scaled without losing coherence. This allowed the visual world to stay consistent yet always feel alive and in motion. In the end, “Gadeteater i Skolegården” became more than a graphic identity; it turned into an extension of the stage itself, a visual environment that children and adults could step into and experience as part of the performance.
