ABOUT
From Fine Arts to Visual Systems
I’m Alper San, a brand and editorial designer and creative lead with 17+ years of experience. I studied Fine Arts (Painting), and I’ve spent my career moving between agencies, studios and NGOs, building visual identities and publication systems for organisations of all sizes.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of branding, editorial design and social good communication. I enjoy turning complex briefs, long reports and messy content into clear, human visual systems that teams can actually use.
APPROACH
Clarity, structure and empathy
I see design as a way to bring clarity, not decoration. Every project starts with understanding the audience, the context and the constraints, then building a visual system that can scale across print, digital and social.
I like working closely with writers, strategists and developers, creating flexible toolkits instead of one-off layouts. The goal is always the same: honest, readable design that respects the content and the people it’s made for.
